• No Expiry Date: Your earned purchase points are yours to keep. They will never expire as long as your account remains active.
• Instant Application: You can apply your points directly during the checkout process. Our system will automatically calculate the maximum discount you can avail.
• Cancellation Protection: If you or our team cancels an order, any points you redeemed for that order will be automatically refunded back to your account.
• Account Requirement: You must create an account and be logged in to earn or redeem points. Guest checkouts are not eligible for the rewards program.

💳 Gift Card & Promotional Code Terms

Cartivous occasionally issues Gift Cards, Welcome Coupons, and Promotional Codes. By redeeming a code on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Redemption & Usage

• Gift Cards and Promotional Codes must be redeemed through the "Redeem Gift Card" portal in your account dashboard.
• Once redeemed, the equivalent Reward Points are instantly credited to your wallet and can be used on any future purchase during checkout.
• Codes cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed.

2. Newsletter & Welcome Gifts

• New subscribers to our newsletter may receive a mystery gift card. These codes are strictly limited to one (1) per registered user/household.
• Attempting to create multiple accounts or using multiple email addresses to claim the welcome gift multiple times is a violation of our policy.
• Welcome Gift Cards carry a standard expiration period of 30 Days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise in the email.

3. Multi-Use Promotional Codes

• Special event codes (e.g., Holiday Sales) advertised publicly are considered "Multi-Use" codes.
• While these codes can be used by multiple customers, they are strictly limited to one redemption per customer account.
• Promotional codes are subject to specific expiration dates and will become invalid automatically at 11:59 PM PDT on the stated expiry date.

4. Non-Transferable & Cash Value

• Gift cards, promotional codes, and reward points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to another person's account.
• If an item purchased using a gift card balance is returned, the refund will be credited back as Reward Points to your account, not as cash to your credit card.

5. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

• Cartivous reserves the right to monitor account activity for point farming, promotional abuse, or suspicious redemption patterns.
• If we detect that a user has exploited the system using duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to void the illegally obtained points, cancel pending orders, and permanently suspend the user accounts involved without prior notice.
